We delivery Australia wide only. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.
Returns & Exchanges
We unfortunately do not accept returned goods for change of mind. We offer exchanges only with postage to be covered by the customer.
If however, an item you have purchased is damaged or faulty, we will offer a refund. We ask that you notify us within 24 hours from receiving your delivery and provide details and proof of damage. Contact us directly at clove.studio21@gmail.com
Keep in mind, each item we sell at Clove will have slight differences and imperfections due to the nature of reclaimed elm. These imperfections and colour variations are not considered a fault.
